Oh my! It is amazing how fast 2018 went by, but honestly i won´t miss this year. The first few months went really great but the rest was straight down annoying and nervewrecking. I hope 2019 will be a bit smoother.
I blogged about my plans in 2018. Some i could fulfill, some i couldn´t. My first goal was to be more activ. Well, i was more activ…but not as much as i wanted. I will try again, this time i will post every sunday and not friday. I noticed that friday isn´t my best day. The last posts on this blog were mostly published on sundays anyway.
My second goal was to focus on one project at a time. Which i did! I did overcome my bad habit of starting many projects at once. I also started to pattern draft again, it sounds weird, but i missed it.
I didn´t sew any historical this year, but my interest in vintage fashion really flourished over the year. Maybe it is because i watched so many old movies, with so many great styles. This year i want to make more (and wear more) vintage style clothes.
With the next goal i´m not really sure if i achieved it. I wanted to improve my explanation skills and i hope the got better.
The last goal i had, was to make a model after a picture i saw on pinterest, which i did with my Leafy Dress. It was really fun and i think i will make something like this as well this year.
I made some great clothes this year, some of my favourites were:
*Oh nein! Es ist erstaunlich, wie schnell 2018 vergangen ist, aber ehrlich gesagt werde ich dieses Jahr nicht vermissen. Die ersten paar Monate verliefen wirklich großartig, aber der Rest war nervig und nervenaufreibend. Ich hoffe, dass 2019 etwas ruhiger wird.
Ich habe 2018 über meine Pläne gebloggt. Einige konnte ich erfüllen, andere nicht. Mein erstes Ziel war es, aktiver zu sein. Nun, ich war aktiver … aber nicht so viel, wie ich wollte. Ich werde es erneut versuchen, diesmal poste ich jeden Sonntag und nicht Freitag. Mir ist aufgefallen, dass der Freitag nicht mein bester Tag ist. Die letzten Beiträge in diesem Blog wurden sowieso meistens Sonntags veröffentlicht.
Mein zweites Ziel war es, mich auf jeweils ein Projekt zu konzentrieren. Was ich getan habe! Ich habe meine schlechte Angewohnheit, viele Projekte auf einmal zu starten, überwunden. Ich habe auch wieder angefangen zu zeichnen, es klingt komisch, aber ich habe es vermisst.
Ich habe in diesem Jahr kein historisches Modell genäht, aber mein Interesse an Vintage-Mode hat im Laufe des Jahres stark zugenommen. Vielleicht liegt es daran, dass ich so viele alte Filme, mit so vielen tollen Styles gesehen habe. Dieses Jahr möchte ich mehr (und mehr) Vintage-Kleidung machen.
Beim nächsten Ziel bin ich mir nicht sicher, ob ich es geschafft habe. Ich wollte meine Erklärungsfähigkeiten verbessern und ich hoffe, dass diese besser wurde.
Das letzte Ziel, das ich hatte, war es, ein Modell nach einem Bild zu machen, das ich auf Pinterest gesehen habe, was ich mit meinem grünen Kleid gemacht habe. Es hat wirklich Spaß gemacht und ich denke, dass ich dieses Jahr auch so etwas machen werde.
Ich habe dieses Jahr einige tolle Klamotten angefertigt, einige meiner Favoriten waren:
1.) Spooky Blouse

2.) Wrap Blouse
It´s not perfect, but it was a nice experiment.
*Es ist nicht perfekt, aber es war ein nettes Experiment.

4.) Leafy Dress
A lot of work, but it has paid off. Just look at it….i´m very proud of this dress.
* Sehr viel Arbeit, aber es hat sich ausgezahlt. Seht es euch doch nur an…ich bin sehr stolz auf dieses Kleid.
5.) Gym-Shorts
I wore them all summer long. My father like them as well, so i made him a pair for christmas. I just largened and extended the original pattern.
*Ich habe sie den ganzen Sommer über getragen. Mein Vater mag sie auch, also habe ich ihm ein Paar für Weihnachten gemacht. Ich habe das ursprüngliche Muster nur vergrößert und erweitert.
6.) Circle-Skirt with Buttondown
My love! I really, really love this skirt. I should make more circle skirts!
*Meine Liebe! Ich liebe diesen Rock wirklich sehr. Ich sollte mehr Kreisröcke machen!
7.) Alteration III: Linen Blouse
Some alterations just turn out perfectly.
*Einige Änderungen fallen einfach perfekt aus.
8. +9.+10.): Patchwork blankets (christmas gifts)
I already posted these pictures on social media, but not here. I didn´t take any pictures while making them (because i was in a hurry).
The first blanket is for my grandmother, the second for my sister and the third for my mother. They all really liked them.
What do i plan for 2019?
Well, i talked about in the last post. I really want to make my own E-books. I´m still figuring it out but if everything turns out like i´m planning, the first pattern will be Free E-books, i´ll post on this blog.
I´m also planning on making more posts about alterations, i think this kind of skill is really important. So i want to share a bit of my knowledge.
I don´t know yet, but maybe i´m making something like a sew along, where i post tiny steps over a period of time?!
And many vintage (inspired) clothes!

Was plane ich für 2019?
Nun, ich habe im letzten Beitrag darüber gesprochen. Ich möchte wirklich meine eigenen E-Books machen. Ich versuche immer noch einiges heraus zu finden, aber wenn es sich herausstellt, dass alles so läuft, wie ich es vorhabe, wird das erste Muster ein kostenlose E-Books sein, welches ich auf diesem Blog posten werde.
Ich plane auch weitere Posts über Änderungen, ich denke diese Art von Fähigkeit ist wirklich wichtig. Also möchte ich ein bisschen von meinem Wissen teilen.
Ich weiß es noch nicht, aber vielleicht mache ich so etwas wie ein Sew-Along, wo ich über einen Zeitraum hinweg, winzige Schritte poste ?!
